How to ship with Quick

1 · Choose your service

Match urgency, size and budget: Express Worldwide, Economy Select, Freight or Same-Day. Not sure? Ask for a recommendation.

2 · Pack to survive the journey

Use a rigid double-wall box with 5 cm of cushioning on all sides. Fragile items need 8 cm and individual wrapping. Seal every seam with H-tape.

3 · Label clearly

Print your Quick label at 300 dpi, remove old labels, and place it flat on the largest surface. Add a duplicate address card inside the box.

4 · Complete customs data

For international shipments, provide an accurate itemised description, HS codes where known, and true values. Under-declaration causes seizures, not savings.

Box in good condition — no tears, dents or old labels
5–8 cm cushioning: bubble wrap, kraft paper or foam
Items cannot touch each other or the box walls
Liquids in leak-proof bags, upright, with absorbent wrap
Weight limit: 30 kg per parcel unless on a pallet
Take a photo of the packed, sealed box before the courier arrives
